MoU between UCYP, KYP and KRU

More than 300 students from UCYP, KYP and the top management of UCYP and KYP have witnessed the Memorandum of Umderstanding (MoU) between UCYP,KYP and KRU Foundation in Main Campus Auditorium in Tanjung lumpur yesterday.

The strategic collaboration is the steps to be taken in parallel to the development of education and changes in technology. The Vice President of UCYP Profesor Emeritus Dato’ De Ahmad Bin Hj. Zainuddin said that, the initiative of this collaboration is to realize the importance of development,  knowledge and skills in students of UCYP and KYP. This cooperation network is the platform for students to enhance knowledge and skills in handling the Industry Revolution (IR 4.0) particularly in creative arts.

Meanwhile, the President of KRU Foundation, Dato’ Norman Abd Halim announced about Contentpreneur 2020 program that gives the benefits to young generation in creative arts and entrepreneur. The training and exposure will be given to prepare them and confident to face the real entrepreneur life. The grant for Contentpreneur 2020 worth RM50 000 will be given to two (2) students of UCYP/KYP who eligible.

The representative for this MoU are The Vice Chancellor of UCYP, Prof. Emeritus Dato’ Dr.Ahmad bin Hj. Zainuddin, CEO of KYP Encik Jalaludin bin Abdullah, President of KRU Foundation Dato’ Norman bin Abdul Halim and CEO of KRU Acdemy Encik Noor Hafreez Bin Noor Hashim. Also attended the ceremony is the BoG of UCYP, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Dr. Noorul Ainur Mohd Nor.

This collaboration is seen to give better space to students of UCYP and KYP to explore more chances and to gain experience with KRU foundation in creative arts.

At the end of the ceremenoy, the President of KRU Foundation Dato’ Norman bin Abdul Halim also shared the knowledge and experience in creative arts industry to more than 300 students of UCYP and KYP.
