Faculty of Creative Art and Human Development comprises of competent and fully qualified teaching staff with years of teaching and working experiences. The faculty is shared into three (3) major academic divisions which are School of Creative Art, School of Islamic Studies and School of Education.
The major elements in School of Creative Art have been identified as one of the key contributors to the economic growth of the East Coast Economic Region (ECER). Since this region is blessed with beautiful beaches, undisturbed jungles and colourful cultures, the need to preserve and at the same time develop this area have made them highly potential lucrative industries.
Meanwhile, School of Islamic Studies comprises of programs that contain significant elements of relevant and contemporary content such as halal and Islamic management, finance and Islamic banking as well as the core knowledge of Islamic fundamentals and practices. There is a growing interest among our society on the importance of contemporary Islamic studies.
Having that in mind, this school is dedicated in producing trained human capital that support and value Islamic practices and beliefs and later being translated into roles and responsibilities.
As for School of Education, the vision is to produce knowledgeable and competent graduates, able to communicate in English as well as capable of adapting to the needs of the industry and society. Diploma in Early Childhood Education which was established in 2015 received an overwhelming response from students and parents. UCYP Kindergarten, located in campus area provides students with optimum opportunity and exposure to hands-on teaching techniques and authentic experiences.
The courses offered by Faculty of Creative Art and Human Development are specially designed to produce graduates who are knowledgeable, creative, competent, dynamic and adaptive to the new challenges involving for 4.0 industry revolution.
